These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Soulwalks Instagram Direct Messaging App ("App"), owned and operated by Soulwalks, developed and maintained by Tahir Ahmed (Sole App Developer).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Service

The App enables businesses to receive, view, and respond to Instagram Direct Messages through an application interface using Meta-approved APIs, including the Instagram Graph API.

The App is intended solely for managing customer conversations on Instagram Business accounts.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to manage an Instagram Business account and comply with all applicable laws and Meta Platform Policies to use this App.

Use of Meta Services

The App integrates with Meta platforms (Instagram) and uses Meta APIs in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Policies.

Users must also comply with Instagram's terms while using the App.

Data Handling

The App processes Instagram Direct Messages only to provide messaging functionality.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulwalks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Termination

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
