Valid Payment
All bookings require immediate payment. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments via Stripe.
Booking Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Please check your email and spam folder.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. Your booking price is locked at the time of payment.
Physical Fitness
Tours involve walking and standing for extended periods. Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation.
Weather Conditions
Tours operate in light rain. Tours may be postponed or canceled for severe weather. We'll notify you of changes.
Responsible Behavior
Participants must follow guide instructions and behave respectfully. Disruptive guests may be removed without refund.
Photography
Personal photography is allowed. Commercial photography requires prior written permission.
Risk Assumption
Participants assume all risks of personal injury or property damage during the tour.
Our Liability
Heritage Walks is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages beyond our reasonable control.
Personal Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover personal accidents or medical emergencies.
Guide Discretion
Guides have the right to exclude individuals from tours if they pose a safety risk.
All content on Heritage Walks website, including text, images, and videos, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.
User-generated reviews and photos may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out.
