Cancellation Policy

Our flexible cancellation policy ensures a smooth experience. Review our terms and conditions below.

✓ 72 hours or more before tour

Full refund (100%) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

✓ 24-72 hours before tour

50% refund will be processed. The remaining 50% will be retained as cancellation charges.

✗ Less than 24 hours before tour

No refund. The full booking amount will be forfeited as we cannot accommodate late cancellations.

✗ No-show

No refund will be issued for no-shows. Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend.

Instead of canceling, you can reschedule your tour to a different date free of charge. Simply contact our support team at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

Weather Cancellations

If we cancel due to severe weather, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule for free.

Tour Cancellation by Heritage Walks

If we cancel, you get a full refund or transfer to another date. Emergency circumstances only.

Group Bookings

Group bookings (10+ people) have custom cancellation terms. Contact support for details.
