Booking Guide

Everything you need to know about booking and preparing for your tour.

Visit our tours page and browse available experiences.

  • Filter by city, date, or theme (Foodie, Artistic, Adventure, etc.)
  • Read tour descriptions, reviews, and ratings
  • Check available dates and time slots
  • View pricing and group discounts
  • Click "View Details" to see the full tour itinerary

Choose your preferred tour date and time.

  • Calendar shows available dates in green
  • Past dates are disabled and cannot be selected
  • For slot-wise tours, select one or more time slots (morning, afternoon, evening)
  • For master pricing tours, select just the date
  • Prices update based on your selection

Choose the number of participants and select options.

  • Select quantity of participants
  • Choose meal preference if applicable (included/excluded)
  • Select private vs. group booking if available
  • Add special requests or requirements (dietary, accessibility)
  • Price updates based on number of participants

Review your selection and apply any discount codes.

  • Enter discount code if you have one
  • Verify total price (including discounts & taxes)
  • Review cancellation policy
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout" or "Book Now"

Enter your billing and contact details.

  • Email address (confirmation will be sent here)
  • Full name of primary participant
  • Billing address (line 1 & 2, city, state, postal code)
  • Country selection
  • Ensure all details are accurate

Complete your payment securely.

  • You'll be redirected to Stripe (secure payment processor)
  • Enter card or UPI details
  • Complete any 2FA or OTP verification
  • You'll see a success message after payment
  • Confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours
  • Arrive Early: Come 10-15 minutes before the start time
  • What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, camera, sunscreen
  • Weather: Check weather forecast and dress appropriately
  • Confirmation: Bring your confirmation email or booking reference
  • Meet Point: Check your email for exact meeting location
  • Special Needs: Inform guide about any accessibility or dietary requirements
  • Group Coordination: For group bookings, ensure all participants arrive on time

Can I modify my booking after payment?

Yes! You can reschedule to a different date or time. Contact support at query@soulwalks.org with your booking reference.

How long before the tour should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to account for traffic and to meet your guide and fellow participants.

What if I need to cancel?

See our cancellation policy. Cancel 72+ hours before for full refund, 24-72 hours for 50% refund. Contact us immediately if needed.

Are refunds automatic or manual?

Refunds are processed manually within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed.
